I decided to become a Hypnotherapist because it was a profession that had always interested me but got stuck in the rut of my 9 to 5 to think anymore about it. Until one day the company I worked for decided that my position should be redundant. Feeling invincible (but also a little discarded) I joined Zodiac's Diploma in Hypnotherapy after having had a good chat with Bridgette and I just knew that I was in good hands. I began the Diploma in October 2009 and I completed it in June 2010. By the beginning of August of that year I cut down on my home visits and began working from two prime locations in Cardiff and offer home visits subject to availability. All this was done with the support of Zodiac Complementary Therapy Training. What I love about Zodiac tutors is they are there for you as little or as much as you want, I found that I didn’t have to bother them at all because I just knew they were there. I believe that my continued success is partly to do with knowing that they are still there for me and I don’t need to bother them unless necessary. I cannot recommend the Diploma in Hypnotherapy enough, in fact I have met a lot of people outside of the Zodiac environment who have done various training with them and all I hear is positive feedback. I suppose that some might think that because I was made redundant I could excel better because I didn’t have a 9 to 5 job holding me back, but I completed my Diploma whilst writing my book (which meant longer hours than 9 to 5), other attendees on the course held down full time jobs (and travelled great distances to attend the course) and another friend on the course did all this and moved to another region! You can do it too. I am now doing what I want to, only having to please my clients and myself, and it is with thanks to Zodiac for giving me the tools to help others – it’s hard to believe that I get paid for doing something I love. It’s so wrong, isn’t it?

I have completed various courses and workshops through Zodiac training, and cannot say enough good things about Alan and Bridgette. Each course has been both enjoyable and accessible. Nothing is to much trouble for the Zodiac teachers, and they are also more than happy to offer guidance outside of course hours. In Alan and Bridgette, I have tutors who obviously love their work, and that shines through in all their classes. Thankyou Zodiac.

We needed advanced training for a group of busy therapists and knew it would be difficult to schedule it into our bookings timetable. Zodiac were great, they were really prompt and informative with our initial enquiry. One day later we had the training date in the diary. I thoroughly enjoyed my 2nd degree reiki course with Zodiac; I found Alan’s passion for reiki came out through his teaching, which was down to earth and catered for the individual needs and learning styles of the students in the group. I found Zodiac College of Complementary Therapy training having left the Armed Forces, with absolutely no idea what to do next in life! Having had a long interest in the power of the mind, I enrolled on the Professional Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, and knew instantly that I’d found my path. All tutors were so knowledgeable and professional, which was immediately reassuring; and their teaching warm, fun, and extremely comprehensive. I truly feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to re-train with Zodiac, and have since attended a further course which expanded my professional knowledge even more! As any new mum can empathise, I needed a career where I could work less hours for more money - I have completed several courses with Zodiac, the training was flexible great fun and so life changing. Alan & Bridgette are very professional and down to earth, their support extends long after the training has finished. Now I work part-time as a Clinical Hypnotherapist for a full time wage.
