The new Tri Dosha Ayurvedic Holistic Facial links expert skincare recommendations with lifestyle advice to give your skin the lasting internal and external radiance you want. This course includes marma face massage which reduces ageing by encouraging blood flow of prana (energy) and blood to the face leaving a more youthful and healthy appearance.
