The wisdom of Ayurveda is over 5000 years old and offers a path to health and wellbeing. Ayurveda is the Sanskrit word for “knowledge of life” embracing the Mind, Body and Spirit connection. Ayurveda offers lifestyle practises that we can integrate into our daily lives, through massage, yoga and nutrition.
Gaiatri Ayurveda and Yoga was founded by Natasha Marchant, a Complementary Practitioner and Yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience of working with the profound healing wisdom of these ancient teachings.
Gaiatri offer professional training courses for Complementary Practitioners, Spa and Beauty Therapists who would like to offer Ayurveda to their clients.
